We are here to help you

You have questions on your health journey, and we have the answers. Feel free to get in touch.

  • General

    • Most existing health apps take a surface-level approach. While they may allow you to track aspects of your lifestyle (namely calorie or step counting), they do not provide insights into this data.

Groq Health not only tracks your habits, it gathers information about every aspect of your health, analyzes health trends over time, and interprets this data. The result is a unique action plan for your health.

    • Most people begin to see results in approximately 3 months. Around this time, we’ll ask you to take a second blood draw so that we can measure your progress and make adjustments to your health plan.

    • Yes. Our team of physician-scientists has developed GROQ Health with over 25 years of clinical research based out of the Comite Center for Precision Medicine & Health. Led by Florence Comite, Groq Health’s CEO & founder has been published in countless scientific journals and presented at numerous conferences, including The New England Journal of Medicine, JAMA, JCEM, PLOS, Age Management Medicine Group (AMMG), and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

  • Billing

    • Groq Health will charge a monthly amount that covers all of your in-app data, interpretation of your results, and access to our world-class physicians, clinicians and experts in sleep, nutrition, and exercise. The blood tests are typically handled by a prescription, and are in most cases covered by insurance, as would the continuous glucose monitor (CGM). However, the monthly subscription does not include any à la carte tests or procedures. For example, we may suggest further tests to check your lipid particle panel, genomics, glucose response to food, determine your biological age (vs. your chronological age), or pinpoint any micronutrient deficiencies among other precision diagnostics that give us insight into you and how to identify and optimize your health.

Because Groq Health detects and predicts your future health risks, the app is designed to offset any large medical charges down the road. Under the current healthcare system, medical charges increase exponentially as you age, with the elderly paying 5x more for care[1].

This could save you thousands of dollars in insurance premiums and stop chronic disease from occurring in you, particularly if you have a family history of illnesses, like diabetes, heart attacks, cholesterol, stroke, cancer, hip fractures caused by bone loss with aging (osteoporosis), depression, or anxiety. We also address obesity, weight loss, sleep problems, immune issues, and much more.

    • New users can sign up for our beta app at groqhealth.com. There may be additional charges associated with specialty tests, devices, prescriptions, and supplements. These will be paid at your doctor's office or local pharmacy.

Your insurance coverage may vary. It is best to contact your insurance provider to know what tests, devices, and prescriptions are covered under your plan.

    • Blood draws are not included in your monthly subscription. While your insurance may cover the test, your coverage may vary. You should contact your insurance provider to determine how much you will need to pay out of pocket. The average cost is between $50 and $100. If you’re uninsured, the test could cost approximately $1,000.

There will be additional charges associated with blood tests, the continuous glucose monitor (CGM) device, precision diagnostic specialty tests, prescriptions, and supplements. These will usually be paid in the same way you do if you are seen by your own physician's office, or at urgent care or at a local pharmacy. Other analyses will require direct fees, if you choose to undergo these precision diagnostic assessments.

Your insurance coverage may vary and fees may not cover tests and prescriptions as you likely already know. Please contact your insurance provider to know what tests, devices, and prescriptions are covered under your plan. Cash or credit card are acceptable, if you choose or do not have insurance coverage.

    • No. Groq Health should supplement your current health coverage.

  • Medical

    • We need to establish your current health status to know how you are functioning now and before we can optimize your health. To do this, we’ll draw your blood to determine key biomarkers at your current baseline. These are necessary because we can figure out what is going to work for you specifically, in an innovative approach developed by Dr. Florence Comite, a physician-scientist and her team at Groq Health.

General physicians or family doctors, internists or orther types of clinicians do not generally analyze biomarkers this way. You’ll be asked to get a second blood draw approximately 3 months later, to measure your biomarkers after we made recommendations to see your response to our insights and interventions. Precision diagnostics may be added to these baseline biomarkers; for example, a deeper dive into your cholesterol patterns, your glucose response to a sugar challenge, an assessment of your response to the food you eat and more. We'll use this new data to calibrate your next steps.

    • A biomarker is a component of your system that can help us monitor and measure your health status. We analyze five key biomarkers: Free Testosterone, Cardiac Risk Ratio, Hemoglobin A1c, Fasting Insulin, and Fasting Glucose, along with many more! We might ask for further specific tests to trace specific biomarkers according to your N-of-1 G-Print.

    • You may want to speak to your regular doctor, should you have questions. It may be more useful once you get more information from the AI data we will provide about you. Should your physician or any clinician wish to learn more we encourage them to contact us here.

We aim to support you through your health journey through unique, personalized AI. We would be happy to work in sync with your personal physician, or any clinician.

Our goal is to support you with in-depth AI data that will predict and reverse aging and diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, heart attacks, stroke, cancer, osteoporosis (hip fractures), and more.

  • Account

    • You can cancel your subscription with us at any time, with the cancellation taking effect the following month. We recommend that you use the app for at least 4 to 12 months to maximize results as the body takes time to adjust after years. Many people actually notice improvement within weeks, however, each of us is unique and that is why it is important to give yourself the time to adjust with Groq's AI insights and interventions tailored for you.
